For those of you wondering about the state of the real estate market in Dallas/Fort Worth and across the state of Texas, the attached graphs shows the latest statistics. According to the Wall Street Journal, some of the largest metropolitan areas across the United States were evaluated to determine the overall strength of each real estate market. The only two metro areas that exibited a Strong rating are in Texas.

This is great news for those who currently reside in the state or are planning to relocate here. Also, with interest rates hovering below 5.5%, the local economy is alive and well.
